As part of this new recharge plan Vodafone users will get talk time of Rs 20 for calling and SMS. Under this plan, users will be charged at 2.5 paisa per second for making calls. The plan also offers 100 MB of data and it comes with the validity of 14 days.
This is the second all-rounder plan of the telecom operator as it already has a plan of Rs 39. Under Rs 39 recharge plan Vodafone subscribers get talk time of Rs 30 along with 100 MB of data. This plan is also valid for a period of 14 days.
Earlier this month, Vodafone Idea introduced an AI-powdered digital customer service — VIC for its subscribers. This new virtual assistant is live on My Vodafone and My Idea apps and customers can also access it via the company’s official website. Moreover, Vodafone and Idea users can also access this service via WhatsApp.
In order to access the digital assistant via WhatsApp, Vodafone users have to message on 9654297000, while the Idea users can WhatsApp on 7065297000. Using this service users can get an instant response to various service requirements including bill payments, recharges, VAS, plan activation, new connection, data balance, bill requests, and much more.
The company claims that VIC is simple to use and it enables subscribers to converse with Vodafone Idea in a secure manner. The service has been developed for Vodafone Idea on the technology by ORISERVE, a start-up in stealth mode.
